My passion, and the focus of my entire adult life, is waking up: increasing my presence, awareness, capacity to feel all facets of existance. The key to this path is the unconscious: body, psyche, physiology, values. These are the context for so many things; they control our picture of the world, our awareness of possibilites, our beliefs, biases and judgement. The unconscious is always active, deciding the menu that we get to choose from! When it limits us, it is a huge challenge. When it frees us, it is an unmatched gift.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”-Howard Thurman

whatever it is you want: health, self-awareness, physical skill or capacity, business acumen, enlightenment, creativity, abundance, leadership, martial skill, grace with life transitions, emotional capacity and resilence, joy, love....All of these things come from being awake. Through different filters, histories, goals it is the same process....waking up.

You can increase your capacity in one area, or all areas at once...Your choice.

Everybody will have different path through this-different filters, language, tools, goals...the process is the same...Learn the process of finding and navigating your path. It's the most valuable skill i've ever discovered.

That's my goal: waking up, and guiding and playing with others on this journey. I would love to have your company, and share with you what i've learned over the past 25+ yrs.

Come join me, and see where it takes you.
